ADMIRAL: Melissa is the Wizard of Oz behind the scenes, working to make sure techs and clients have access to a speedy service. Melissa enjoys rare moments away from her computer, ideally petting whales on eco-tours in the Sea of Cortez.

HEAD CAPTAIN: Dan has 3 undergraduate degrees and a masters degree, 10 years of teaching under his belt, but prefers turning his talents to refurbishing boats for BayGreen and being a steward for the environment in the San Francisco Bay. When Dan has spare time, he enjoys spending his days freediving and getting kelp treatments in the Sea of Cortez.

CRUISE DIRECTOR: Finn is our landbased anchor. He is online Monday to Thursday from 8am to 2pm to help you navigate your holding tank needs.

CHIEF ENGINEER: Noah is our dedicated expert trainer and the maintenance backbone of our team. He plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our operations through his logistical skills and hands-on, problem solving mindset. He's always up for a challenge and is constantly expanding his skillset. His passion, focused communication, and expertise keep us all informed and running efficiently!

NAVIGATION OFFICER: Victor has decades of experience on the water, stemming from his days as a sea scout turned fleet mechanic in the US Marine Corps. He's a highly skilled marine sanitation tech with a passion for protecting marine ecosystems and public health. Over the years, he's worked on a wide range of vehicles and projects from large ships to offshore platforms, and has a proven track record of delivering customized solutions that comply with industry standards. When Victor's not on the water, you might find him working on his motorcycle or delving into his creative writing projects.

DECKHAND: With a season of salmon fishing in Alaska under his belt, Iggy is no stranger to life on the water and the adaptability it requires. And with his background in blacksmithing and a wealth of shop experience, he brings a keen eye for detail to his technical work, ensuring top-notch service every time.

DECKHAND: Chris has over 8 years of prior experience as a deckhand and a history in the hospitality business. With his background working in high-pressure, fast paced environments both on and off the water, he's developed a keen sense of adaptability and is able to go with the flow while providing fantastic service.

QUARTERMASTER: AJ types away in the background--ensuring smooth operations and seamless communication. They always go above and beyond to ensure an efficient, positive, and well connected workplace. When they’re not typing away, they like to spend their time exploring tidepools and searching out nudibranchs, sea anemones, and the elusive octopus.
